"Some stories don't
have a clear beginning, middle, and end. Life is about not knowing, having to
change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what's
going to happen next. Delicious Ambiguity.”
-Gilda Radner, actress
I'm starting this blog for a
number of reasons - one being that I feel like I'm beginning a new chapter and
wish to share and document it. I'm at a transitioning point in life where there
are a lot of uncertainties - i.e. what the heck do I want to do for the
rest of my life? Although I have yet to find the answer(s) to that (which
stresses me out and frustrates me quite a bit), Gilda Radner's words are
comforting and inspiring. Delicious Ambiguity. The beauty of the
unknown.
And so, I look forward to
experiencing and writing about what's to come!
And hey, if I find myself
disliking the course of things, what's stopping me from changing direction,
right?
"For what it's
worth: it's never too late or, in my case, too early to be whoever you want to
be. There's no time limit, stop whenever you want. You can change or stay the
same, there are no rules to this thing. We can make the best or the worst of
it. I hope you make the best of it. And I hope you see things that startle you.
I hope you feel things you never felt before. I hope you meet people with a
different point of view. I hope you live a life you're proud of. If you find
that you're not, I hope you have the strength to start all over again."
